The contact form at altnexus.com/contact/ asks for your name, work email address, organisation, role and your question; organisation and role are optional. Your consent to a reply is recorded with the submission, is never pre-ticked, and the exact wording shown to you is stored alongside your answers, as required by Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL). Submissions are filed in HubSpot, which acts as our service provider for this purpose.

1.3 Page and Link Records
Some links and buttons on this website record that they were used, so that we can tell which pages and which calls to action are working. Each record contains only a short label for what was used (for example “cta:header-instrument”) and the time it happened. These records contain no IP address, no browser or device identifier, no cookie and no account identifier; nothing in them identifies you, and they cannot be linked back to a person or to a session. They are held in Cloudflare Workers KV in Canada and the United States and are deleted automatically ninety (90) days after they are written. This is a first-party record kept by us; it is not advertising technology, and it is not shared with anyone.
1.4 Undelivered Submissions
If a form submission cannot be filed with HubSpot at the moment you send it, we hold the submission in a private queue so that your enquiry is not lost, and we file it by hand. Queued submissions are deleted automatically ninety (90) days after they are written.

HubSpot — customer relationship management. The answers you give on our contact, workshop proposal and newsletter forms, together with the consent wording you were shown. Cal.com — scheduling. The name and email address you provide when booking a call.
Gumroad — purchases of digital products. Gumroad is the merchant of record and processes payment information; we do not receive or store payment card details.
Our assessment instruments at the diagnostic, scale, harness and fluency subdomains — if you choose to request a written summary, the work email address and any optional organisation details you enter.
4. Information Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share your information only in the following limited circumstances:

Enquiries you send us, including bookings and requests for a written summary from our assessment instruments, are retained for a maximum of three (3) years unless an ongoing business relationship exists. The page and link records described in section 1.3, and any queued submissions described in section 1.4, are deleted automatically after ninety (90) days.
